Edward And Sons Gluten Free Review

Edward and Sons was kind enough to send me a variety of samples to review.  They make a large variety of products including

Brown Rice Snaps
Exotic Rice Toast
Rice Snax
Miso-Cup
Chocolate Sprinkles and Ice Cream Cones
Lets Do Organic Gummi Bears
Native Forest Milk and more
Organic Coconut Water
Bouillion cubes
Roads End Organics Mac and Chreese

And so much more!

I have tried many of the products so far, and have really enjoyed them.

I tried the vegetable rice snaps.  These were very tasty, my toddler son even licked off the spices, very good.  Also great for dipping or eating with cheese.  These are a nice rice cracker, so much better than chips!

I also tried the organic homestyle mashed potatoes.  These are great too, I love that they are organic and you can make them in a hurry.  You can also make these with almond or rice milk. I found a six pack on amazon for a good price. Each box makes 4 servings.

I have also tried the Cheddar Penne Mac and Chreese  .  This is great because it is dairy and gluten free.  I like to add tuna or salmon to it and some broccoli, yummy meal. Sells for just over 3 dollars a box. I have seen these in a local grocer of mine

Coconut Secret Product Reviews

I was recently sent a few products to try from this company that are gluten free, and as a fan of coconut I was very happy to try them.

Let me start with the Almond Coconut Bar, it was simply amazing.  It is covered in dark chocolate with bits of almonds and coconut.  I wasnt sure if it was going to be one of those very coconutty bars, and it is not.  Just a subtle taste, so delicious and melt in your mouth.  By far the best coconut bar I have tried.  These are also dairy free, soy free, GMO free, no cane sugar, and low glycemic.  They also have other varieties such as mint, coconut maroon, and classic coconut.

Next I tried the Coconut Aminos.  This is 100 percent organic and I used it as a soy sauce in a kelp dish I made.  It was wonderful and blended in well with my salmon and nuts.  You can also use this in dressings, marinades, or with sushi.   This product is soy free and a raw product.

Whole foods does carry these products, as does Outpost.  You can also get the aminos at http://www.iherb.com/ for around 6 dollars a bottle.  If you spend 20 or more here you get free shipping.

coconut contains No Trans-Fats, is Gluten-Free, Non-Toxic, Hypoallergenic, and also contains Antibacterial, Antiviral, Antifungal, and Anti-parasitic healing properties.  Coconut helps to aid and support overall Immune System functions.
